Job summary

ARServices seeks an experienced Acquisition Analyst to support CWMD R&D programs with expert guidance across all phases of acquisition planning. You will conduct market research, prepare solicitations, analyze costs and risks, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and DoD directives to enable timely, mission-focused CWMD capabilities delivery.

The role requires a Top Secret with SCI access, 10+ years in DoD contracting, and a strong background in DoD acquisition pathways and R&D programs.

Qualifications

Current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a discipline related to acquisition, program management, or business.
10+ years of experience in DoD contract and acquisition planning.
Experience with DoD Research and Development (R&D) programs.
Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoD Directive 5000 series, and other DoD policies.
Documented experience with DoD acquisition pathways.
Experience with developmental and operational test and evaluation of hardware.

Responsibilities

Provide advice and options regarding all phases of planning for acquisition of CWMD technical R&D services.
Conduct all forms of market research for CWMD R&D products and services.
Prepare solicitation documentation, including Needs Statements, Statements of Work, Independent Government Cost Estimates, contract structures, and evaluation factors.
Conduct analysis of alternatives for acquisition and contracting options.
Conduct comprehensive risk analysis related to contracts and projects.
Provide cost estimating, life-cycle costing, and cost-benefit analyses in support of acquisition options.
Plan, coordinate, integrate, implement, and evaluate the use of available acquisition methods.
Review program documentation to ensure technical validity and facilitate cross-communication regarding program priorities and actions.
Participate in Integrated Product Teams and serve as the acquisition point of contact.
Track cost, schedule, and performance parameters of current contracts and projects.
Support the development of contract option execution documentation.
Assist with tracking project expenditures and the development/maintenance of program review materials.
Ensure acquisition planning is fully compliant with FAR/DFARS/DoD directives and program management direction.
