Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an Associate Project Manager in the United States to oversee study designs, documentation, and client communications. The role involves coordinating across Operations, QA, Finance, and Business Development to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Strong organization and analytical skills are essential for managing timelines and change orders. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with standard daytime hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong academic background.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Willingness to learn eLlMS, EtQ and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to apply analytics and data interpretation to project work.
• Experience with project management or facilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review quotations, POs, protocols, and client instructions to establish documented requirements.
• Create and maintain study designs and project records in LIMS and CRM systems.
• Confirm prerequisites are available before initiation and tracked.
• Serve as routine client contact; lead status meetings and document decisions.
• Coordinate work across operations, QA, analysis, finance, and business development.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and risks; communicate recovery needs when needed.
• Review invoices and billing milestones; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain complete, traceable project documentation and backups.
• Support Associate PM learning and peer coverage when assigned.
