Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA seeks an Entry Level Associate Project Manager to coordinate GMP testing projects. You will plan, track, and drive delivery while liaising with internal teams and clients to meet regulatory expectations.

The role requires a chemistry/biology related degree, strong organization, and an ability to manage multiple projects in a regulated lab environment. This is a full-time onsite position with potential hybrid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Experience and ability to manage complex GMP/CMC projects.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple GMP testing projects from initiation to closure.
• Maintain tracking tools, schedules, dashboards and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Present project updates and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP and quality standards.
