Job summary

Osmind is building a Biosciences unit focused on real-world evidence and commercial strategy. The Life Sciences Associate will shape engagements from day one, interfacing with biopharma partners and executives to design studies, build models, and deliver insights that move projects forward.

You will design surveys, run fieldwork, analyze claims and EHR data, and develop end-to-end client deliverables. This role is located in San Francisco with in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in life sciences consulting or equivalent corporate analytics role.
• Direct commercial biopharma exposure across forecasting, GTM, market access and payer dynamics.
• Advanced Excel: build and own end-to-end models with scenario logic and sensitivity analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, edit, and field quantitative surveys from instrument design to analysis.
• Turn primary research and real-world data into actionable insights for commercial projects.
• Analyze real-world datasets spanning claims and EHR data for actionable insights.
• Develop end-to-end client deliverables: slides, models, abstracts, and proposals.
