Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/health sciences or related fields.
• MBA with a life sciences focus or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of consulting or life sciences experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client point of contact for project engagements and internal team lead.
• Liaise with leadership to ensure actionable client recommendations and answers to business questions.
• Generate and present client-ready materials, including interim deliverables and final reports.
• Develop and evaluate new business opportunities through follow-on work with clients.
• Support business development via project proposals, including methodology, timeline, and budget.
• Train and mentor junior staff on project teams and assist with staffing decisions.
