Job summary

Osmind is building a Biosciences unit focused on partnerships with biopharma across multiple life sciences product lines. The Life Sciences Associate will own modeling, research design, and data analysis to drive commercial projects with executive exposure from early in the role.

Based in San Francisco with in-office requirements, you will translate both primary research and real-world evidence into actionable insights and deliverables for partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years at a life sciences consulting firm or biotech commercial analytics role.
• Direct biopharma exposure across forecasting, GTM strategy, market access, and payer dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills with end-to-end model ownership and scenario analysis.
• Experience designing surveys (Qualtrics/Typeform or similar).
• Ability to translate unstructured and structured data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Ability to move deliverables forward with initiative amid ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build and own commercial models detailing market TAMs, revenues, and epidemiology-based forecasting.
• Combine clinical trial data, market research, and analyst reports into competitive analyses.
• Create scenario-based models showing first and second order effects.
• Design, edit, program, and field quantitative surveys for clinician audiences.
• Lead end-to-end research operations from recruitment to fieldwork.
• Turn primary research and real-world evidence into actionable insights for projects.
• Develop client deliverables: slides, models, abstracts; manage deadlines and scope.
• Engage with partners to write proposals and support negotiations and upsell opportunities.
