Job summary

ODAIA Intelligence Inc. is seeking a Commercial Strategy Consultant to advise life sciences clients on translating market dynamics into strategy and structured, insight-driven recommendations.

You’ll lead multi-stakeholder engagements, apply data analytics, and drive launch and commercial planning with a consultant’s rigor. You’ll work on consumer engagement strategies, HCP targeting, and ROI measurement, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver value and accelerate patient access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or client-facing analytics in life sciences
• Strong command of commercial pharma: brand strategy, market access, launch planning, competitive intelligence
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, design rigorous analyses, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements with independence and accountability
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in analytical tools and prescribing datasets (NBRx, TRx) and life sciences data sources
