Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Contracts Manager to act as an enterprise-wide contracting partner and strategic legal-operations resource. You will own the contract lifecycle from drafting to signature across commercial, clinical, and research activities, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal certificate, advanced degree, or professional certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, negotiate, and manage to signature routine agreements using approved templates and playbooks.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle for a high volume of agreements across commercial and clinical/research functions.
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals with cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely signature.
• Maintain CLM data integrity and accurate contract records, including key dates and renewals.
• Leverage AI-enabled guidance and playbooks to improve consistency and speed while ensuring compliance.
• Lead or support cross-functional process-improvement initiatives within Legal and other functions.
