Job summary

Envision Pharma Group is seeking an experienced Client Services Director to lead a portfolio of life sciences engagements, driving strategic partnerships and delivering client outcomes across market access, distribution, patient services, and commercialization planning.

You will guide cross-functional teams, grow partnerships, and ensure delivery excellence while partnering with consulting, market access, and commercialization teams to achieve measurable results for pharmaceutical and biotech

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior client services, consulting, or account leadership role within pharma/biotech.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and grow strategic client relationships at senior/executive levels.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, including market access and patient services.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience mentoring high-performing teams and driving growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with pharmaceutical/biotech clients.
• Lead a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Partner with clients to develop and execute commercialization strategies, including channel optimisation, distribution, and patient support.
• Identify and drive account growth opportunities and long-term partnerships.
• Lead and mentor high-performing client services teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations.
• Guide clients through vendor evaluation, distribution strategy, and implementation planning.
• Ensure programme delivery aligns with objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and evolving commercialization models.
