Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years industry experience in life and/or annuity product distribution.
• Preferred 5+ years experience with indexed products and living benefits.
• Preferred designations include CLU®, ChFC®, and CFP®.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with agents and agencies to increase life and annuity sales.
• Consult agencies to provide value-added strategies and develop marketing campaigns for growth.
• Develop business plans in targeted markets to acquire and strengthen distribution.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners to improve customer service.
