Reporting to Senior Director of Licensing, you will build a pipeline, conduct business reviews with licensees, oversee product approvals, and coordinate with Legal, Design, Marketing to execute deals and drive growth across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years related licensing experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (travel).
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Owns annual new business target and closes new licensing deals.
• Maintains a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting and events.
• Manages licensee relationships, conducts business reviews, and identifies growth opportunities.
• Oversees licensee product approvals and brand compliance.
• Coordinates with Legal on contract terms and NDA execution.
• Reports pipeline, deal progress, and royalty performance to leadership.
