• Experience and knowledge of legal requirements related to licenses and permits.

Responsibilities

• Review, manage, and improve U.S. licensing and licensing programs, including equipment reviews, training, procedures, and reporting, to maintain approximately 110,000 licenses and permits annually.
• Identify short- and long-term compliance program strategies, prioritize immediate needs, and plan for continuous improvement over time.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and integrate with service provider organizations to provide program support.
• Support timely identification of compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies to enable successful business strategy implementation.
• Identify KPIs and KRIs that measure team performance and risk areas; lead by example in KPI/KRI management, quality, and presentation at all levels.
