Job summary

Walmart is recruiting a Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics in Bentonville, AR. This role leads the enterprise ACM and LBP compliance program across formats, acting as program owner and SME to ensure regulatory compliance, manage surveys, O&M plans, and contractor performance.

The position focuses on guidance to project teams, governance, and collaboration with legal, real estate and operations to secure safe and compliant facilities. Minimum qualification details follow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field with 2 years' compliance/ethics/legal/project management experience, or 4 years in those areas.
• 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACM/LBP compliance program, ensuring surveys, O&M plans, training and documentation stay current and compliant.
• Provide guidance on ACM/LBP requirements during renovations, maintenance and capital projects.
• Manage environmental consulting vendors, including SOW development and performance monitoring.
• Support regulatory inspections, inquiries and investigations.
• Maintain ACM/LBP policies, standards and governance documentation.
• Oversee program metrics, funding, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate construction project monitoring, reviews, and reporting.
• Coordinate environmental incident management and closure.
