You will create candidate experiences, refine interview processes, and coordinate with Partners and HR to ensure a seamless recruitment journey in a high-energy environment that blends startup agility with legal industry expertise.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in legal recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and HR tools.
• Strategic mindset balancing company needs with candidate-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop firmwide recruiting plans.
• Identify, engage, and source top candidates through diverse channels.
• Develop job descriptions and identify required skills for current and future roles.
• Craft tailored interview questions and coordinate interview scheduling with Partners and Managers.
• Post jobs, screen resumes, track candidates, and manage the hiring process in the ATS.
• Communicate offers and coordinate new-hire logistics to ensure smooth onboarding.
