This hands-on recruiting role supports legal and business-services hiring through the full recruitment cycle and collaborates with the Talent Recruiting team and hiring managers to source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage candidate records and communications, and prepare offer

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Post openings and source/review candidates.
• Conduct initial screens for business-services positions and develop candidate shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews and related logistics.
• Track candidates and maintain recruiting records and U.S. recruiting statistics.
• Prepare offer letters and supporting documentation for leadership review.
• Partner with search firms and coordinate searches.
• Maintain recruiting materials and career-site content.
• Assist with search-firm agreements, invoices, hiring expenses, and special projects.

This is a hands-on recruiting role supporting legal and business-services hiring through the full recruitment cycle. The specialist works with the Talent Recruiting team and hiring managers to source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage candidate records and communications, prepare offer documentation, and keep the hiring process moving efficiently.

Main responsibilities

• Post openings and source/review candidates.
• Conduct initial screens for business-services positions and develop candidate shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews and related logistics.
• Track candidates and maintain recruiting records and U.S. recruiting statistics.
• Prepare offer letters and supporting documentation for leadership review.
• Partner with search firms, including advertising roles and coordinating searches.
• Help maintain recruiting materials and career-site content.
• Assist with search-firm agreements, invoices, hiring expenses, and special projects.

Ideal background

• 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, diplomacy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role can also be based out of Philadelphia or Washington, DC.
