Latham & Watkins LLP is hiring a Legal Talent Manager in Orange County, with hybrid schedule options. The role oversees talent development, utilization, and integration, advising firm leadership on key initiatives.

You will coordinate with the larger Legal Talent team and support review and compensation processes. Required are a bachelor’s degree (JD preferred) and at least seven years in law, legal talent, or professional services, plus two years of supervisory experience.

• Experience in law, legal talent, or professional services.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

• Serve as strategic advisor to firm committees and Chairs on talent priorities.
