Job summary

Jimerson Birr seeks an Account Executive (Closer) to own the commercial close in every sales conversation, running consultative discovery, presenting solutions, and closing qualified opportunities for legal services.

You will run consults end to end: diagnosing client business problems, closing standard hourly and fixed-fee work on the call, and building and presenting proposals for larger or non-hourly work.

Qualifications

• Experience with consultative discovery and closing complex deals.
• Ability to defend pricing under pressure.
• Strong presentation and proposal-building skills.
• Ability to escalate to appropriate stakeholders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the close in the sales conversation, from discovery to signature.
• Close standard hourly and fixed-fee work during the call.
• Build and present proposals for larger or non-hourly work.
• Brief Deal Desk to ensure the first proposal is accurate.
• Chase deals to signature and hand off to Client Engagement Specialist.
• Escalate to the responsible attorney for specific questions that affect outcomes.
