Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Legal & Risk Optimization Business Partners (LRO BP) as a strategic adviser to designated business organizations.

The role is based at the Corporate Headquarters in Wilmington, MA, reporting to the Regional General Counsel, with close collaboration to the General Counsel and IP leadership. The successful candidate will advise senior leadership on a broad range of legal issues, including strategic contracts, corporate transactions,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years' experience, mix of in-house and top-tier law firm work.
• Experience in intellectual property laws and AI regulations.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships and advise executives in real time.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise designated organizations on legal risks and provide regulatory guidance.
• Lead strategic negotiations for contracts involving semiconductors, hardware, and software.
• Support continuous improvement of LRO processes and knowledge management.
• Provide timely interpretations of laws and regulatory topics to leadership.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as needed.
