Job summary

White Cap seeks a senior legal operations leader to advance the department’s objectives using technology-enabled solutions and data analytics. You will manage budgets, implement new systems, oversee e-billing, and govern outside counsel expenditures while coordinating cross-functional projects.

The role requires 7+ years in a related field, a BS/BA, and experience with AI-enabled tools, e-billing, CLM systems, and board governance support. On-site role based in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years in a related field.
• MBA, PMP, CAPM or other project management certs are preferred.
• Experience with e-billing, matter management, budgeting, and governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Improves and streamlines legal department processes by adopting new processes or technologies.
• Develops KPIs, metrics, analytics and dashboards; reports to leadership and prepares executive presentations.
• Manages department budget, accruals, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Oversees design, rollout, and training for new systems and processes.
• Researches and adopts emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, with governance.
• Maintains knowledge resources, templates, playbooks, and intake processes for internal clients.
• Oversees e-billing and matter management; onboarding vendors and reviewing invoices for cost savings.
• Manages vendor relationships and RFP processes; supports governance matters for the Board.
