Job summary

Qualifications

Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Partner with practice and industry groups to develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with priorities and revenue goals.
Identify growth opportunities and support pursuit, cross-selling, and client-targeting from planning through execution.
Conduct market, client, industry, and competitive research to inform planning and opportunities.
Monitor legal, business, and industry developments and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
Prepare strategic pitches, RFQs, RFIs, and RFP responses.
Support pursuits by coordinating research, positioning, attorney input, and submission materials.
Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development team to boost visibility through events, alerts, sponsorships, content, and rankings.
Liaise with the Director of Client Services to align priorities and pursuit coordination.
Utilize technology and CRM/ERM platforms to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
Track and analyze BD metrics and provide recommendations to improve results.
