Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and be able to perform on-site software functions.
• Must understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and achieving budgeted occupancy.
• Lead leasing team and ensure effective leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and marketing campaigns.
• Assist Community Manager in supervising staff and ensuring policy compliance.
• Plan and execute leasing events, renewals, and market surveys.
