Job summary

Fairlawn, a real estate investment, management, and development firm with operations in Illinois, seeks a Corporate Leasing Manager to lead leasing excellence across conventional multifamily and student housing. You will standardize leasing practices, analyze performance, coach onsite teams, and collaborate with leaders to improve results and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of leasing leadership, strong analytics, and experience with AppFolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Property Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of successful multifamily leasing, property management, or related sales leadership experience.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs or coaching sales professionals.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to use data to identify trends and drive decisions.
• Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and performance of the leasing operation; establish standards and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Analyze portfolio leasing performance; identify opportunities and improve lead response, conversion, and occupancy metrics.
• Prepare and present regular performance reporting for senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Coach onsite teams and partner with leadership to address underperforming communities.
• Develop leasing standards, sales processes, and prospect experience for a consistent, best-in-class approach.
• Lead in collaboration with Marketing to optimize lead generation to lead conversion.
