Job summary

Fairlawn is seeking a Corporate Leasing Manager to lead leasing execution across our conventional multifamily and student housing portfolios. The role focuses on establishing leasing standards, analyzing performance, and coaching onsite teams to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate will drive best practices, own leasing tactics, and collaborate with Property Management leadership to optimize pricing, occupancy, and the prospect experience across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Property Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in multifamily leasing or sales leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify Fairlawn's core values and drive leasing standards across the portfolio.
• Own health and performance of leasing operations; coach teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze portfolio leasing performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Prepare and present leasing performance reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Partner with management to diagnose performance gaps and develop strategic action plans.
