Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination.
• Experience supporting program management and independent work.

• Banking experience preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team-player with strong influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end learning programs and scheduling.
• Track participation, completions, feedback, and outcomes.
• Support instructor-led and virtual learning events.
• Maintain calendars, documentation, and materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Provide operational insights and process improvements.
