Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, credit risk, and learning program management.
• Expertise in learning design, facilitation, and program execution.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage ambiguity.
• Data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies business needs and delivers credit learning programs aligning with strategic goals.
• Develops, promotes, and manages credit learning initiatives with emphasis on risk skills.
• Performs reviews, analyzes outcomes, and recommends program enhancements.
• Manages communications, change management, and program sustainment.
• Defines credit learning strategy and serves as SME for stakeholders.
