Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, directors, and VPs across the organization.
• Build understanding of business objectives, challenges, metrics, and workforce strategies.
• Identify capability implications of business initiatives and influence root-cause solutions.
• Design comprehensive learning and performance solutions, including digital and in-flow-of-work options.
• Lead executive communications, storytelling with data, and executive-ready materials.
