Job summary

Intuit seeks a Senior Capability Partner to bridge business strategy and learning impact, translating ambiguous demand into prioritized, measurable learning investments that move performance and growth. You will advise senior leaders across enterprise segments, owning demand and delivery with accountability for timely, high-quality outputs.

This strategic consulting role requires business acumen, executive presence, and comfort operating in ambiguity while guiding a complex stakeholder

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in learning & development, talent, organizational effectiveness, or strategic HR business partner roles with senior leaders.
Ability to translate business needs into learning or performance solutions and measure impact.
Experience managing relationships at Director level and above.
Strong written communication for executive briefs and updates.
Comfort with data: extract and synthesize metrics into a business narrative.

Responsibilities

Drive measurable business impact by tying learning investments to defined performance metrics.
Champion the business voice inside the learning function and surface prioritized demand roadmaps.
Own delivery & accountability across a multi-stakeholder portfolio.
Lead executive communication with decision-ready briefs and regular updates.
Be the trusted advisor for capability, workforce, or change management challenges.
