Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. seeks a Learning & Organizational Development Business Partner GL to align learning and leadership initiatives with business needs across its US sites, including San Antonio and Newport Beach.

You will partner with site leaders, HRBPs, and Global L&OD to translate priorities into practical learning solutions, manage responsibilities, and drive program impact with data-driven evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in L&D, OD, or HR with demonstrated impact.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
• Proficient in LMS platforms, AI tools, Microsoft Office, and e-learning tools like Articulate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning strategies aligned with business needs across US sites.
• Lead cross-site L&OD planning, prioritization, and execution for San Antonio and Newport Beach.
• Partner with leaders, HRBPs, and Global L&OD to translate priorities into learning solutions.
• Evaluate program impact using data and feedback.
