Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH in the United States is seeking a senior Learning Business Partner for the R&D Academy. You will partner with D&E leadership to translate business needs into L&KM solutions and drive immediate improvements within a single-location site.

You will conduct Learning Needs Analyses, translate requirements into deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations while aligning curricula with broader talent management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience partnering with business leaders to deliver learning and knowledge management solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of learning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and measuring learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategy implementation to enable L&KM success at one site.
• Conduct annual Learning Needs Analysis and prioritize development plans.
• Advise on off-cycle learning requests and learner contexts.
• Foster partnerships and align curricula with talent management practices.
• Integrate knowledge management with learning solutions, including governance and metrics.
• Build and maintain a stakeholder network and drive cross-academy collaboration.
