Job summary

Parsec Education is seeking a Learning Integration Specialist to own partner success and drive sustained value from Parsec platforms within K–12 districts. You will blend customer success leadership, instructional expertise, and data fluency to integrate solutions across systems.

You will lead executive conversations, manage risk signals, and guide multi-stakeholder implementation to achieve measurable outcomes for districts and schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in K–12 education, including classroom experience and School Administration or Central Office experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading data-driven decision-making at a system level.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior-level education leaders.
• Experience facilitating professional learning for adult learners.
• Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate complex data.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of partners with accountability for GRR, NRR, renewals and expansion outcomes.
• Lead renewal strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between partner outcomes and continued investment.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities based on partner needs and usage patterns.
• Proactively identify risk signals and lead intervention plans.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for partner success across all lifecycle phases.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with superintendents and district leaders.
• Facilitate executive-level conversations connecting data insights to system-level decisions.
• Drive deep implementation of Parsec platforms across stakeholders and ensure integration into core systems.
