Job summary

ResponsiveEd seeks a Premier High School Learning Systems Specialist to drive fidelity of the Premier Model across campuses. You will design and deliver virtual and in‑person professional learning, onboarding, coaching, and technical assistance for teachers and directors across multiple states.

Responsibilities include leading data‑driven improvements, developing instructional resources, and coordinating multi‑campus programs with a focus on educator effectiveness and student achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Must meet Highly Qualified (HQ) requirements.
• Additional certification or endorsements preferred.
• 5+ years teaching experience (Premier Model preferred).
• 3+ years related skills experience.
• 3+ years related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Cross‑Brand Systems Architecture & Integration across multiple platforms.
• Synchronize Core Learning Systems for standardized deployment and configurations.
• Bridge the Pedagogical Core with workflows for traditional and adult learners; maintain the PHS/TXW Playbook.
• Lead data‑disaggregation routines and prepare executive‑level reports.
• Oversee training models including New Teacher Induction and monthly PD sessions.
• Equip leadership with rubrics and data‑driven protocols to improve instruction.
• Develop and execute evidence protocols; manage resource library and session recordings.
