Job summary

Keystone is seeking a Talent Development Lead to establish and run core programs for our senior population within the Performance Culture CoE. This hybrid role requires a minimum in-office presence of 3 days per week.

Qualifications

Experience in developing senior leaders and leadership pipelines.
Ability to design and facilitate talent reviews, calibration, and succession planning.
Strong collaboration with HR and business leaders to drive performance
Excellent communication and confidential handling of sensitive talent information.

Responsibilities

Drive performance evaluation and talent review processes for Keystone’s senior team.
Design and facilitate senior talent reviews and calibration discussions.
Lead succession and leadership-pipeline planning; identify bench strength and readiness gaps.
Support leadership development, coaching, and stretch opportunities for senior talent.
Analyze talent data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
