Qualifications

• Experience in executive talent development or leadership programs.
• Strong consulting background and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance evaluation and talent reviews for senior teams with rigor and fairness.
• Design and facilitate senior talent reviews and calibration discussions.
• Partner with HR on sensitive performance and transition matters.
• Lead succession and leadership-pipeline planning to strengthen capacity.
• Provide leaders with tools and data to sponsor future leaders and make decisions.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting on bench strength and readiness.
