You will identify real problems, design effective training, and deliver across safety, compliance, operations, onboarding, and leadership development.

Qualifikationen

• Three plus years of progressive instructional design experience end to end.
• Demonstrated capability in performance consulting and identifying when training is not the answer.
• Experience applying adult learning theory to real projects.
• Structured design methodology used to lead projects from analysis through evaluation.
• Designing and developing multiple modalities: eLearning, video, instructor-led learning, job aids, and performance support.

• Own projects end to end across safety, compliance, operations, onboarding, leadership development, and enterprise initiatives—from first conversation through launch and follow-up.
• Consult across the organization to source the real needs beyond initial requests.
• Decide what gets built, in what modality, and why; tailor to audience and work context.
• Produce accurate, accessible, professional work and ensure it lands with intended audiences.
• Prove impact and iterate based on business outcomes.
