Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Admin, Education, HR)
• 8 years in instructional design from analysis to evaluation
• 5 years of training experience (in-person and virtual)
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and ADDIE
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., GoTo Meeting, Zoom)

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and delivers learning programs bank-wide with manager support
• Establishes credibility with employees and delivers programs to develop skills
• Facilitates in-person and virtual learning and measures impact and ROI
• Creates classroom and virtual content with SMEs to meet needs
• Collaborates with internal customers to align with strategic priorities
