Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing leadership role is preferred.
• BS/BA required; industrialization or manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Lean knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational systems and processes to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure program milestones and delivery dates are met.
• Maintain and enforce safety procedures on the production floor.
• Develop production floor design considering product flow and space needs.
• Manage labor costs and monitor expenses.
• Lead Lean events to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Promote productive relationships with Customers and stakeholders.
• Evaluate teams and provide coaching for development.
• Monitor quality standards and governance across operations.
