Qualifications

• Solid understanding of product development stages and industrialization strategies including APQP.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies relevant to aerospace or defense industries.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, and cost management.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation and industrial standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the industrial representative within the program team and IPT.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain IPT to ensure parts delivery supports milestones.
• Plan resources to meet technical requirements, production rates, schedules and cost objectives.
• Propose Make/Buy strategies and manage related costs and risks.
• Manage the industrialization budget and non-recurring costs across the program.
• Coordinate engineering and manufacturing activities during industrialization.
• Manage industrial and project risks and ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Implement and manage design/industrialization changes across the supply chain.
• Maintain APQP quality standards and provide customer interaction as needed.
• Leverage best practices and capture lessons learned to improve processes.
