Job summary

Safran Cabin seeks a senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive strategic improvement programs across multiple sites. You will orchestrate project governance, set boundaries with sponsors, and push Lean Sigma initiatives to unlock performance gains.

The role requires deep cross‑functional leadership, change management expertise, and a track record of developing teams and pilots in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Operations or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience across CI, manufacturing, supply chain, production, quality, engineering, IT, logistics or planning.
• Knowledge of Lean Sigma tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects with sponsor input and set project boundaries.
• Establish project structure and governance, including Steering Committee.
• Identify resource needs and secure sponsor sign‑offs.
• Drive ambitious improvement initiatives using Lean Sigma methods.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across projects.
• Mentor and share learnings with other project pilots and teams.
