Job summary

Safran Cabin Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Lead to drive large-scale improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain.

You will structure projects with the sponsor, organize the Steering Committee, and coordinate resources to deliver measurable performance gains. You will leverage Lean Sigma, lead change management, and mentor project pilots while collaborating in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Operations required.
• 10+ years in continuous improvement, manufacturing, supply chain, or related fields.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects using Lean Sigma methodologies.
• Set project boundaries with sponsor and steering committee.
• Identify resource needs and negotiate with sponsor.
• Drive change management and promote best practices.
• Involve and coach project stakeholders and teams.
