Job summary

Safran Group's Safran Cabin division in Everett, WA, seeks a Director of Operations to oversee manufacturing, purchasing and supporting departments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering or operations management)
• Minimum of 8+ years aerospace operations/management experience
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Improve operational systems and processes to support organizational goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities across manufacturing, purchasing and supporting departments
• Analyze manufacturing, inventory, and delivery issues and provide data-driven solutions
• Manage equipment capacity, risks and capital justification
• Ensure delivery, quality, safety and regulatory standards are met
• Manage inventory levels to meet delivery schedules and optimize working capital
• Develop and monitor budgets and expenses
• Lead ERP processes, data integrity and tool improvements
• Support audits (customer, FAA, ISO/AS)
• Collaborate with departments to support programs
