You will partner with HR leaders, coaches, and vendors to deliver programs on time and within budget, while managing data, communications, and training resources. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, metrics reporting, and ongoing improvement of learning solutions, including privacy compliance and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience; experience coordinating programs and learning initiatives.
• Experience leadership development programs, training operations or HR projects.
• Strong project and program management with budgets and timelines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and consulting abilities.
• Knowledge of learning and development practices and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for leadership development programs, including travel and lodging.
• Manage program budgets, track expenses and vendor costs.
• Maintain program data: nominations, cohorts, coaching hours and schedules.
• Develop and report metrics, diversity stats, and stakeholder reviews.
• Own program Teams sites, learning materials, and communications.
• Support coaching community and alumni engagement activities.
• Assist with data privacy reviews and compliance activities.
• Identify learning gaps and help design effective solutions.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver aligned programs.
• Support training needs analysis, instructional design, and delivery.
