Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a results-driven specialist to coordinate leadership development programs from inception to execution. The role partners with HR leaders, stakeholders, coaches, and vendors to ensure operations run on time and within budget.

You will manage logistics, data, reporting, and communications while building leadership readiness and capability across the enterprise, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience; experience coordinating programs.
• Strong project and program management skills; multi-priority handling.
• Effective communication and consulting skills; stakeholder influence.
• Strong analytical skills; track metrics and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of learning and development practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute logistics for leadership development programs.
• Manage program budgets and monitor vendor costs.
• Maintain program data including nominations and schedules.
• Develop and report program metrics and diversity statistics.
• Own program Teams sites, materials, and communications.
• Support coaching community and coach/coachee matching.
