Englewood Health seeks a Leadership Gift Coordinator to join the Development team in Englewood, NJ. You will manage a portfolio of 100-150 prospects, cultivate relationships, and move donors through the solicitation process to secure leadership gifts.

Working with senior leaders, physicians, volunteers, and board members, you will translate organizational priorities into compelling philanthropic opportunities, supporting ambitious fundraising goals and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in philanthropy, including major gifts and capital campaigns.
• Pipeline management, moves-management, and timeline coordination.
• Volunteer liaison and creating volunteer task assignments.
• Identifying and researching prospects.
• Donor communications including pledges, acknowledgments, proposals, solicitations.
• Maintaining a master campaign calendar for cultivation and committee activities.
• Strong experience interpreting data metrics.
• Superior organizational and management skills.
• Experience with nonprofit CRM; Blackbaud Raiser's Edge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, complex organization.
• Self-motivation, positive energy, drive and enthusiasm.

Responsabilités

• Identify and cultivate major gift prospects and manage a portfolio of donors.
• Move prospects through the donor cycle and meet solicitation goals.
• Collaborate with administration, directors and volunteers to support fundraising.
• Draft and coordinate donor communications, proposals, and acknowledgments.
• Maintain a comprehensive campaign calendar for cultivation and fundraising activities.
• Support board and volunteer committees through effective engagement.
