Job summary

Englewood Health seeks a Leadership Gift Coordinator to join the Development team. The role manages a portfolio of high-potential donors, guiding them through the donor cycle to leadership-level gifts while collaborating with senior leadership, physicians, board members, and volunteers to advance organizational priorities.

The successful candidate will translate priorities into compelling philanthropic opportunities, meet visit and revenue goals, and work on-site in Englewood, NJ.

Qualifications

• Five or more years' experience in philanthropy, including major gifts
• Experience with capital campaigns preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a pool of 100-150 assigned gift prospects and move them through the donor cycle
• Solicit gifts of $1,000 or more to support Englewood Hospital and Medical Center
• Develop meaningful relationships with senior leadership, physicians, board members, and volunteers
• Maintain pipelines, moves-management, and campaign calendars; track metrics
• Coordinate donor communications, acknowledgments, proposals, and solicitations
