Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Learning and Enablement Partner for Leadership & Professional Development to support sales, product, and engineering teams (GBS & GMPT). You will partner with a global team to design, consult, and facilitate leadership and professional development programs for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities include designing modules, learning paths, and tools; collaborating with global partners; measuring program impact; and delivering offsites and events that drive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years coaching or facilitation experience.
• Extensive experience in program design, consultation, and facilitation for leadership development.
• Experience designing bespoke learning experiences and interactive frameworks.
• Familiarity with assessments and change management.

Responsibilities

• Learn core operations and objectives of teams within GBS and GMPT.
• Establish collaborative relationships with other global Learning & Enablement Partners.
• Support design, management and facilitation of professional development and leadership programming for leaders and employees across the United States and globally.
• Cultivate relationships with business teams to identify learning needs and propose solutions.
• Manage development programs and refine offerings to support workforce development.
• Lead development, design and delivery of programs, modules, e‑Learnings, and tools for leadership and soft skills.
• Develop and manage professional development learning paths using internal systems and LMS.
• Partner with external vendors to deliver core management and coaching programs.
• Focus on impact measurement via data collection and analysis.
• Lead consultation, program design, and facilitation for offsites, summits and org-wide events.
• Use adult learning principles to design leadership development solutions with impact.
• Support other global learning projects as needed.
