Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps.
• Design, develop, and update training programs and materials.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and leaders.
• Evaluate program effectiveness via assessments and surveys.
• Mentor a team of trainers and supervise possible direct reports.
• Ensure training aligns with career development paths.
• Prepare narrative and statistical training reports.
