Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years in environmental management or sustainability.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership of programs or teams.
• Experience developing sustainability strategies in complex organizations.
• Experience with ESG reports and disclosures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide sustainability strategies and metrics.
• Lead governance, policies, and accountability for sustainability programs.
• Oversee environmental compliance and risk management.
• Direct ESG and sustainability reporting.
• Manage climate, energy, waste, and water programs.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and regulators.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
