Job summary

AAON, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning & Optimization to lead enterprise planning, optimization, and performance governance across material planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.

You will shape SIOP processes, drive continuous improvement, mentor leaders, and partner with Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver measurable reductions in working capital and service levels while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; professional certification encouraged.
• Experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, procurement, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise supply chain planning and optimization strategies.
• Govern material planning, inventory planning, and related processes.
• Oversee SIOP interface, demand/capacity/inventory alignment and scenarios.
• Establish and lead Clear-To-Build and planning standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance, and KPI performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects and stakeholder management.
• Mentor and develop managers and staff.
