Job summary

AAON, Inc. seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily inventory control and warehouse activities, ensuring accurate material handling and forward-looking stock levels.

The role involves training staff, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining compliant processes within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Candidate will coordinate with purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams to resolve material issues and drive continuous improvements in inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in inventory control, logistics, warehouse ops, material management, or related field.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inventory control and warehouse activities to ensure accurate material handling and inventory management.
• Train and support inventory personnel on control procedures, material handling, system transactions, and policies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and verifications.
• Organize warehouse layouts and storage locations to maximize space and efficiency.
• Ensure inventory is properly identified, labeled, stored, and maintained.
• Support manufacturing by ensuring timely availability and accuracy of materials.
• Prepare inventory reports and operational metrics as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
