Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in related field; in lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, evaluate, and implement specialty pharmacy network strategies, reimbursement models, and contracting opportunities.
- Develop and execute specialty pharmacy network optimization strategies including network design and pricing methodologies.
- Support strategic planning, financial and qualitative analysis, business case development, and network evaluations.
- Translate network, reimbursement, and market dynamics into strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Present network strategies and affordability opportunities to leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments as a subject matter expert in network strategy and affordability solutions.
- Monitor industry trends affecting network performance, reimbursement economics, and access models.
- Engage with specialty pharmacies, PBMs, vendors, and providers to evaluate opportunities.
- Organize and communicate progress and outcomes across the strategy portfolio.
- Advance capabilities to achieve sustainable unit cost reduction.
